Anyone use it, i know it can be used as a calmer, but have also read some where that it could be useful as a fly/midge repellent if used early enough. So what are the strenghts, where can you get it, and does it work. Sorry such a list of questions, but a few years ago I tried a get rid of flies supplement, and the boy hated the taste, had a lot of garlic in it.

I had friends that used brewers yeast but the ponies coat shone like it had been polished, I'm afraid I can't asked them where they got it as they died years ago.

Topspec uses it on her horse I think she uses it as a calmer. She gets it from a local farm/feed shop near us.

i use it its not as good as magnesium or calmag as a calmer but does de-stress a little i have been use it for year along with load of outher supplements (magnesium, yeast, cider vingiar, seaweed, spearmint, milkthise ect.. ) i have never found it good with flys and have never herd that befor but it does give the coat a great shine and is also good for digestan
for horses who dont like it try and mix it with a bit of spear mint or mettles and they will love it
