the question really is what do you feed him/her at the moment, that way we should be able to help. (probiotics.yeast. yeasac)

any sort of oil will help with weight gain (soya, linseed, sunflower, there is loads on the market)

glad to help its just one of those things you pick up... you could try that or feeding linseed (boil it first) or boiled barley or sugarbeet.

I would say, feed pink powder. Made by NAF, easy to buy on line so not a problem for you. I feed it and its great for keeping weight on.. just look at "O" pics and he doesn't get alot to eat! Alibi will vouch for that! I know we have plenty of grass but.... pink powders all the way. I have fed it for years and all ours have looked fab on it.

Ill have a butchers for Naf over here!! LL. ill also have a look for linseed. I know they do barley. Suger beets , sometimes

I wish i had the freedom to feed bonnie what she realy needs, like you can feed your horses! Bonnies owner is so annoying, she will never feed bonnie what she needs and if she does cos i ask her its only for a few days and not enough, then she claims it dosnt work!!! like the pink powder that would be great for bonnie and her horse but if i got some she would never use it!
my mate uses veg oil for her horse xxx

no no no shes not mine, story is i used to have jazz on loan(nf in my sig) and then someone spotted my legs were growing and jazzes wernt, they knew edith(bonnies owner) wanted someone to exercise bonnie thats all just a few rides a week and i came along and somehow i liked this bonnie that bit kicked didnt hack and was mental jumping. i can say shes mine but shes not really all i have control over is how i ride her ect. shes kept at edies, all i do to look after her is muck out the three horses at the weekend and i get paid!! :0
