One thing I would say is don't shut yourself off from people. If you are having a bad day and you can't physically face a real person get on here and put something on the thread, there will always be somebody here waiting to support you.

thanks everyone re-reading this makes me feel like a right miserable old cow i think the worst has passed (thank god) and i can start to move on, i must have made an ok impression anyway at start of 6th form because im going out with someone so that has lifted my spirits considerably! im back in control of the whole eating/exercise thing which im glad of, i went into a sugar munching frenzy which made me feel even more crap after the high wore off (all of about 10 minutes) school must have noticed (finally : and i ended up having a chat with the head of 6th form which was ok, was offered councelling etc and maybe i will in the future, right now i dont really want to dwell because everything is so hectic- i simply cant afford to. so once again thanks

alot of good advice given here, is an awful thing to go through, but you will get through it, good friends are the best cure, oh, and ponies of course, without them i wouldnt have had something to get me out everyday, still feel really down and now going through a break up, just as things started to get right! xx

Hello and welcome to S4F, the ponies make life worth living believe me, sorry your feeling so down, marriage break ups are'nt nice when children (if) are involved. There's usually someone about on here during the day if you need to chat.

sorry to hear you are going through a rough time nativeponies but try and feel positive and find something to work towards. We all have unconditional love from our 4 legged friends (as long as there is a bucket of food too) most of us on S4F have had very dark days & as SL said there is always someone on here that will try & help.

Hello NP. what a lot of problems you have got talking does help. Its not easy I know quite a number of us have had things go wrong on here but, we do try to help oneanother. You must remain positive, you can get things of your chest telling the ponies your prob while your mucking out and we are here on and off during the day. Take care of yourself.
